I had a dream I was working at a large warehouse like Costco. I was suppose to listen to this CD so I would know the closing song.
The head cashier picked the song, "Lulu." I had no idea what song that was since I only listened to five songs off the CD.
Everyone was singing and closing out the last customers. I was standing on the side trying to hum along.
As it was time to close up, the head cashier handed me a broom and said to sweep. I agreed. As I was sweeping, the broom kept breaking. It was like half broom and half vacuum.
When I finished, I walked outside and the whole parking lot had turned into a "Tough Mudder" competition. I asked where my car was? Some guy took me to a green car. I said my car was blue. Then I saw my license plate. The guy said that I could pull out once the cannons were fired.
I said ok and waited for the cannons to fire. There was drag racing, food fighting, people covered in mud. It was crazy.
I finally pulled out. I saw one of my old bosses in a mud cave hanging out. He taped my shoulder and said he was doing fine. He was getting paid less but was a better leader. He asked me how I was. I said fine and drive off. I was happy to see my boss smile.
Then I was in my old house in Delaware. I remember watching theses three boys with their dad. The youngest one had really bushy hair. The dad was playing with the older boys but not the younger.
Then the youngest did something on the swings and the dad caught him in mid air and they hugged and laughed and went inside.
That was the end of the dream.
"Even in the nights I have unpleasant dreams, I am thankful. I get to feel, taste, smell, see, and hear. I have super strength and endurance. It's when my mind is void of this phenomena, when I wake up and remember nothing but a black abyss...those I consider nightmares."
